Ian made our wedding rings. Can’t recomend him enough. He is such a professional, helpful and lovely man. He made my husband’s ring from some old gold that we had and he re-set some stones that we had into a platinum band for my ring. We absolutely love them.

I have been wearing my fathers ring and another two stuck away in a box. I’ve toiled over the idea for years of blending all three ring together as one, creating a wedding ring for myself to pass on to my son, holding all three rings together, never to be parted or lost. I have final found a jeweller who has created my wish.

Absolutely incredible-I can’t thank Ian enough. My nan died shortly after I became engaged, and it means so much to me that her wedding ring could be used to make my wedding ring. Ian replied promptly to all correspondence and spent time meeting to design the perfect ring-it is gorgeous and shaped to fit my engagement ring perfectly (and made me cry!). Me and my Fiance called Ian after searching in every single jewellers two or three times for a wedding band to match my engagement one and having no luck finding the “perfect” ring. He came to our house and looks at my engagement ring in great depth, measuring all different parts of it and drawing a design from what he thought would look best and what I told him I wanted, he then came back to our house with a plain bank which he had made for me to try on and took my engagement ring with him to make sure that all matched as perfectly as he possibly could, once he had finished with my engagement ring he bought it back to me which had been cleaned and polished in the meantime free of charge. Once he had finished all the work needed, he bought my wedding ring back to me at my house. It is absolutely perfect and is exactly what I had pictured in my head when I described it to him. He has made the image I have always had of my wedding and engagement ring become a reality and I couldn’t have wished for better service. Thank you so much Ian.

Me and my husband wanted unique wedding rings which we could enjoy forever, after meeting Ian at several wedding fayres we contacted Ian for a consultation. Ian arranged to come to our home and discussed our design ideas, which included have my wedding ring made around my engagement ring and the musical notes of our first dance being engraved into Simon’s. Ian was happy to give these ideas a go and we were so happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Ian and his wonderful service.

Living in France, my now husband couldn’t find me an engagement ring that was made out of platinum. Eventually he decided that he would buy one made of white gold with diamonds and an oval sapphire. I obviously said yes when I was asked but being a difficult woman would have preferred a platinum band. Over the year and a bit of engagement the white gold became worn, as it does, and we realised that it was not going to be the best for a forever ring, and we decided on platinum bands for the wedding ring. With an old ring that I had which was platinum and diamonds, we realised that maybe we could have a bespoke engagement ring made using the stones and the platinum and I could have a necklace pendant made out of the white gold and remaining stones to keep my original engagement ring. We went to see Ian after seeing a little advert and immediately felt that he was very understanding and drawing exactly when we had in mind. He made my ring and necklace and let us know throughout the process how things were going., they are perfect and even resized my husband’s wedding ring free of charge. I am very happy with the results and now I have many people complimenting them and my family are looking at old jewellery that is unworn and thinking of having something new and refreshed made. Ian is a lovely, thoughtful man and a perfectionist with your special objects, and I would recommend him highly. Thank you.
